兴化女子盗卖小区4套空置房获112万

兴化市民房先生在当地文正公寓购买了一套新房，一直没有入住。去年5月份，他偶尔回家发现，有人正在他家装潢。“新主人”称，房子是他花58万元的价格从“女房主”费某手中“买”来的。兴化警方介入后发现，经费某盗卖的房子共有4套，其他三名房主在被警方告知前还被蒙在鼓里。费某人间蒸发后，警方上对其进行通缉。4月19日上午，费某被抓。昨天，兴化市中科白癜风医院检察院批准对其逮捕。锁得好好的房子，是如何被费某轻易盗卖的？记者进行探访。

总价70万的房子被人58万“卖”了

兴化市民房先生在当地文正公寓6号楼购得一套面积120平米的商品房，房价为70万。因另有住处，房先生一直没有居住。去年5月份，房先生偶尔回文正公寓新家看看，却意外发现一群装修工人正在他家装潢。就在房先生诧异时，屋内一名自称房主的施先生走了出来：“房子是我从他人手中花58万元新买的。”面对对方的回答，房先生哭笑不得：“房子产权人是我，在房管处有登记，我从没有将该房屋卖出或委托任何人卖出。”

这时，轮到施先中科白癜风医院生着急了，忙联系卖他房子的“原房主”费某，那头的费某支支吾吾，两人迅速报警。警方查明，费某今年28岁，大专文凭，也居住在文正公寓，被其盗卖的共有4套住房，均是文正公寓的空置房。除房先生外，其他三名房主在被警方告知前还一直被蒙在鼓里。警方立案后发现费某人间蒸发了，随即对其上通缉。今年4月19日上午，民警通过蹲点守候，在兴化市城堡新区东苑大门对面一馄饨店内将正在吃馄饨的费某抓获。

私配钥匙、假造合同成功“卖房”

费某归案后交代，居住在当地文正公寓的她，平时发现有不少长年无人居住的空置房，其主人几乎从不回家。“不如想办法将这些房子中科白癜风医院悄悄卖了。”缺钱花的她动起了歪主意。而要卖别人的房子，首先要进入到这些房子里。费某选定了文正公寓6号楼一套空置房，将开锁匠带了过来。出示身份证后，费某称房子是她买的新房，一直没有居住，现在需要装潢，但钥匙已经弄丢了。没有足够警惕的锁匠收了钱，帮其开了门，新配了钥匙。有了钥匙，费某俨然成了房子的主人，在当地站、中介大量发布低价售房的信息。

着急买房的施先生，就是通过中介与费某联系上的。看了眼前面积为120平米的房子，施先生觉得很满意。费某主动介绍，房子是她当年通过关系购得的，房价比较便宜，现在缺钱用，准备稍微赚一点就卖了。由于是“关系房”，一直没有办理房产证，当年卖家只是出具了一张中科白癜风医院收据，而现在这个收据也找不到了。“如果手续齐全，这么大的房子目前这个地段至少70万，我卖给你60万。”费某抛出的诱人价格，深深吸引了施先生。费某用从上下载的购房合同，与施先生签订了购房合同，约定购房款为58万。费某如法炮制，还盗卖了公寓内其他三套空置房，得房款54万（这三个买家都没有付足房款即案发）。

据介绍，费某一直沉迷做高利贷的生意，许以高息从他人手中“吸储”后，再以更高息“放”给“上家”，以赚取中间的息差，结果她放给“上家”的钱连本带息“被套”，出现巨额亏空。面对纷纷上门要钱的“下家”，费某一时不知所措，便想出盗卖邻居空置房的主意。截至案发，费某共盗卖他人4套空置房，非法得赃款112万，被其全部用于还债，但其目前仍欠他人200万元。温家宝主持召开国务院常务会议
