婴幼儿时期的宝宝，大多以母乳为食。但宝宝慢慢长大，终究要靠从外界摄取食物以保证足够的营养。母乳中含有一定量的天然雌激素是不争的事实，作为替代母乳的牛、羊奶粉中也不可避免地含有一定量的天然雌激素。

单纯乳房早发育

8岁以前都可能出现

目前，对微小青春期的实际意义并不十分清楚，其表现也因人而异，但它的确是存在于生命早期，却又常被忽略的一种生理现象。已有医学研究者开始注意这一时期并利用这一短暂的窗口时期内性激素的改变，来早期预测以后青春期发育的状况。

乳牛在乳汁分泌的调节过程中，除体内催乳素作用外，还有雌激素、孕激素、生长激素、甲状腺素、肾上腺皮质激素、胰岛素等激素的共同参与才可完成泌乳这个过程。牛奶中激素含量受母体品种、不同生理阶段、受孕次数、饲料营养等影响。一般来说，无论是生乳还是市售奶品，其雌激素和孕激素含量变化都较大。

另外，乳品脂肪和蛋白质含量高，激素水平也会相对高。这是因为雌激素和孕酮都是脂溶性的，部分雌激素可以与乳中蛋白质结合，因此乳品激素含量会有所提高。
