巴基斯坦前总理纳瓦兹·谢里夫11日宣布在国民议会（下议院）选举中获胜，如不出意外，他将在阔别权力中心10多年后，三度出任总理。

截至当地时间12日上午，穆盟（谢派）赢得272个选举产生议席当中的119席，奠定胜选大局。谢里夫在旁遮普省首府拉合尔告诉支持者，“我们迄今是（国民议会中）最大的单一政党。”

据新华社电 巴基斯坦塔利班一直试图阻挠选举正常举行，今年以来制造一系列针对竞选候选人的袭击，企图散布恐慌，阻止选民投票。

在过去20天的选战中，各种爆炸和枪击事件已导致包括3名候选人在内的100多人丧生，约300人受伤。11日选举投票当天，巴基斯坦发生数起爆炸袭击，致死20多人。
