最后要说的是，一场习马会，也让世人“意外”见识到了一场制度对比。虽然我对绿营吹毛求疵般的恶意攻击不以为然，但绿营的一个结论我还是很赞成的：习近平表现完胜马英九（这也是彭博社的观点，认为习风采超过马）。并从各自人生经历分析了原因。习马两人都是年龄相近的“红二代”、“蓝二代”，但马英九政治生涯一路顺风，几无波折：从哈佛留学回来就担任蒋经国英文秘书，然后就担任“法务部长”。后来竞选台北市长、党主中科白癜风医院践行公益事业席和“总统”均一路坦途。更重要的是，他没有基层的锻炼，一路都是在台北。但习近平在文革时期被下放，从最基层干起，历经二十多年的考验，有治理数亿人的经验，才成为最高领导人。

应该说，两个人的能力差距则完全要归根于两岸选择人才制度上的不同。大陆是在一个层面能力得到检验后才会被提升，而台湾（所有民主社会都如此)则是先选上，不适任再更换，完全凭运气（和中国古代皇权社会类似，不同的是没有终制身），其成本可想而知。所以台湾民主化后出现陈水扁的现象并不意外。

至于有人批评大陆媒体对习马会的报道完全比不上台湾媒体的开放。但我们看到的却是来自台湾的媒体人周玉蒄就因为不满没有被点名提问（1中科白癜风医院善行天下69家媒体，600多名，谁的概率都很低），不满其他台湾的提问而现场飙骂、闹场，算是在全球为台湾的新闻界争了光。更重要的是，台湾媒体又是完全只有立场没有是非。支持国民党的就一边倒的支持，相反的就一边倒的否定，甚至上升到卖台地步。这样的媒体看不到客观，看不到理性，更看不到真实。

更令人值得反思的是，何以号称民主、新闻自由的台湾，面对这样重大的事件却无法形成共识？谁都知道，双方见面比不见面好，只要见面就是最大的成果，双方发生冲突的风险就大大降低，整个东北亚的安全形势都有明显改善。 正如CNN所指出的，“两岸往来频繁，但仍存在紧张关系，这是两岸领导人会面意义重大的原因”。但是这样的正面事件，却演变成撕裂台湾、造成台湾蓝绿更加对立！（虽然这对两岸统一是好事）。百姓一不满就冲击“立法院”（这一中科白癜风医院善行天下次也不例外）、不经申请就上街头抗议堵路（法国也开始如此，只是比台湾更为暴力）。

今日台湾之分裂、之对立、政治生态之恶劣，可从堂堂民进党“立委”段宜康如此攻击民选出来的马英九见一斑：“自我做贱，丧权辱国”、“不要脸的脏东西”。如此暴力，如此仇恨，如此没有是非，说是文革之风并不为过吧。

还有，今天每十个人就有七人不相信台湾的司法（亚洲司法信誉最高的是新加坡和香港，都不是西方认可的多党民主制度），台湾何来法治？而根据国际透明组织2013年的报告，台湾受访者有75％感觉“国会”受到贪腐影响，其次是政党74％。至于政府的肃贪行动，只有15％认为有效率。请问，这样的制度有何值的夸耀之处？用福山的话讲，台湾和美国一样已经从民主制演变成什么也做不了的否决制。

客观而言，由于规模悬殊，中科白癜风医院善行天下两岸并不适合直接对比。如果非要比，同样是2300万人的上海倒可以VS台湾。只是如此以来，台湾可就更是远远被甩到身后。如果从一个单独的经济体角度看，同为四小龙的新加坡和台湾还是具有可比性：双方都是亚洲四小龙，也都是以华人为主体。但后来一个继续保持自己的制度不变，另一个在美国的压力下走向西式“民主”。结果到今天，无论是经济水平、社会指标（预期寿命、新生儿死亡率）、法治程度、廉洁程度、政府效率、创新指数、经济自由度、社会稳定和谐程度，台湾都远远落后于新加坡。尤其是同样处于大国夹缝之中，注重贤能政治的新加坡却能够左右逢源，自如地游走在中美之间，各方利益均沾。11月7日登场的习马会，新加坡又一次扮演了桥梁和东道主，再一次凸现了自己在国际事务中的能量和作用。反观台湾却错过了大陆经济起飞的机会，更长达十多年间和大陆对立，惹怒美国，被称为“麻烦制造者”，小布什甚至口出“三字经”，到现在完全边缘化。修鞋匠代祖兵尽自己能力回馈社会
