向境外间谍情报机关提供大量国家秘密，判处死刑！国安部披露细节

记者从国家安全部了解到，近年来，境外间谍情报机关有针对性地策反发展我重要涉密单位人员，实施窃密活动，非法搜集窃取我国家秘密。张某曾是某国家机关的核心涉密人员，工作中接触掌握大量国家秘密。

离职后，张某成为境外间谍情报机关拉拢策反的重要目标，几经周旋下，性格软弱、难以抵挡金钱诱惑的张某沦为了被对方控制利用的“提线木偶”。

秘密失守 深渊初现

“回想当初，泄密的种子是我亲手栽下的。”面对国家安全机关的审查，张某流下了悔恨的泪水。

在某国家机关任职期间，张某作为核心涉密人员，虽多次接受保密教育，却对单位里“烦琐”的保密规定不以为意，在交换文件数据的过程中经常将单位的涉密U盘与个人U盘混用，在个人U盘中留存了大量的涉密文件资料。从原单位离职后，张某未及时向单位报告上述情况。殊不知，对工作纪律和保密规定的漠视为张某埋下了泄密的种子。当张某从境外间谍情报机关处得知自己非法持有的国家秘密“价值连城”时，其内心对金钱的渴望成为浇灌这粒种子的祸水。从越过红线到突破底线，从违反纪律到违法犯罪，张某在对方持续的金钱攻势和情感拉拢中，深陷犯罪的泥潭无法自拔。

利益诱惑 罪恶镣铐

“陷阱无处不在”，张某如是总结自己与境外间谍情报机关的接触经历。

在得知张某手中的U盘存有大量涉密文件资料后，境外间谍人员李某某主动邀请张某前往境外当面进行交易。“当时我还没有过脱密期，对于出境我起初还是有顾虑的。”但面对对方“安排旅游”“体验异国风情”等名义的情感拉拢，张某逐渐卸下了防备，在未向原单位审批报备的情况下，便私自出境前往A国与对方见面。

见面后，对方态度大变，不仅直接扣下了张某携带的U盘和所有个人物品，还以“终身监禁”“引渡”等威胁恐吓张某，并限制了张某的人身自由，迫使其签下“合作协议”。此时的张某早已掉入境外间谍情报机关精心为其设计的陷阱，按对方要求履行了“合作”手续。在接受了对方的培训后，张某彻底沦为境外间谍情报机关控制利用的窃密黑手。

虚情假意 双双沦陷

“单位的保密规定我一直挂在嘴上，却没有记在心里。”张某原来的同事朱某在接受审查时坦白。

朱某是张某在原单位任职时要好的同事。张某离职后，两人仍经常聚会，无话不谈。朱某不知道的是，张某频频与其接触，实际上是境外间谍情报机关的指使安排。“突然感觉张某健谈了很多，总是送给我一些精美的礼品，感觉他生活得不错。”面对张某有意无意刺探，朱某没有过多防备便将自己掌握的国家秘密和盘托出，甚至将参加涉密会议后私自留存的材料也提供给了张某。“脑袋里的秘密，连帽子也不能知晓”这句警示标语一直挂在朱某的办公室内，可面对朋友的“嘘寒问暖”和“热情款待”，朱某却未能坚守底线，被这段所谓友谊拉下了水。

国家安全机关侦查发现，张某向境外间谍情报机关提供了大量绝密级、机密级国家秘密，严重危害我国家安全。

最终，张某被依法判处死刑，剥夺政治权利终身并处没收个人全部财产，朱某被依法判处有期徒刑六年。

这样的内鬼是最危险的，张某作为某国家机关的核心涉密人员，一旦抵抗不止诱惑变节，造成的损失无法估量，将会使科研机关十数年的努力付之东流，让敌人摸到我们的底牌。这样的败类虽百死难赎其罪。
