五错误服药方法引起药效流失

1 服药跟饭点

很多人简单地把“饭前”理解成“吃正餐以前”，零食、水果等都不算。其实，但凡肚子里有了食物，就算是“饭后”了。首都医科大学宣武医院药剂科副主任药师徐燕侠告诉《生命时报》记者，注明饭前（或空腹）服用，是由于食物会影响药物吸收。注明饭后或餐时服用，多是因为此类药物对消化道有刺激，食物或可减轻这种不适，或其中含有的脂类物质能促进药物吸收。一般饭前指的是在饭前半小时哪里能治好白癜风至1小时，空腹指的是进餐2—4小时后。

2 药片掰开吃
