“为了补水降温，不少人选择喝冰镇啤酒或者饮料，但是想要真正消暑解乏，首选还是饮茶。”中国营养学会主任医师高慧英在接受《中国科学报》采访时表示，“夏季饮茶要讲究科学，注意泡服的方法和饮用量，夏季喝茶也有禁忌，正确饮茶才能有益健康。”

夏日宜饮什么茶？

特点不同功效不一

“对于身体吸收功能较差的人，喝奶茶可能会导致腹泻，这一人群喝熟普洱茶比较好，因为熟普洱发酵后会产生很多微量元素能促进食欲和吸收。”高慧英告诉。
