西班牙电视五台近日第三次播出辱华节目，引起旅西华人的极大愤慨。在这家电视台的一档轻喜剧中，公然出现了辱华类的语言以及“华人与狗不得入内”的招牌。此前，这家电视台曾有记者称中国人吃人肉，并在今年的跨年晚会中播出辱华小品。据西班牙中餐业协会主席陈建新向北京青年报记者介绍，中国驻西班牙使馆及旅西华人目前正在协商对策。

中国人由日本留学生扮演

据报道，这档名为“AI北京治疗白癜风的医院DA”的节目中由西班牙电视五台于本月15日晚间首播，但在华人中大规模传播是在昨天。西班牙中餐业协会主席陈建新是昨天早晨接到一个西班牙朋友的才知道情况。他昨天对北青报记者复述了节目的内容：当播出到一分钟左右的时候，一个叫“Wang”的中国人进入西班牙人酒吧中，随后一名顾客指着店里的“中国人和狗不得入内”牌子，并带着洗厕所的手套，将中国人从店里轰走。而据一名知情者表示，这个扮演中国人的演员其实是一个日本留学生。

陈建新说，虽然辱华情节比较短，而且是轻喜剧，但当地华人，尤其是做食品的华人被冒犯的感觉很强烈。特别是节目中出现的“华人与狗不得入内”的牌子，触碰了华人的底线，令所有华人都无法接受。

与“吃人肉”节目一脉相承

陈建新说，其实这档节目和去年4月引起轩然大波的西班牙女主持人艾达·尼扎(Aida Nizar)侮辱华北京治疗白癜风最好的医院人吃人肉的节目一脉相承，甚至连节目的名字AIDA也取自这名女主持的名字。当时电视台迫于压力解雇了艾达·尼扎，但电视栏目还在，她报道的素材和资料也还在使用。这档“AIDA”节目好像就是为了讽刺开食品店的华人，节目中那个中国人“Wang”经营着一家食品店，每期都被各种侮辱，只不过这次最为过分。

辱华已成个别媒体生存之道

在前两次事件中，涉事的西班牙电视五台事后都曾做出公开道歉、解雇员工的举动，看似相当诚恳，可为何总是知错认错，绝不改错？西班牙媒体为何一而再、再而三爆发辱华事件？对于这一问题，陈建新也表示难以理解，“我们华人在西班牙合法经营，餐饮业严守卫生规范，为当地做贡献，不知道这家电视台为何总抓住我们不放？”

不过陈建新也提到，西班牙电视五台是一家私营电视台，最近生意很不好，所以总是会策划一些耸人听闻的节目来博眼球。某种程度上说，辱华已经成为了西班牙个别媒体的生存之道。而在西班牙，政府对私营媒体几乎没有任何控制力。但总体说来，西班牙社会对华人相当友好。

中国驻西大使馆已介入

在“中国人与北京治疗白癜风最好的医院狗不得入内”节目播出之后，当地华人的络以及朋友圈里开始大量转发并讨论这起事件，一些华人开始酝酿针对这起事件的游行示威活动。据陈建新说，中国驻西班牙大使馆也已经准备介入这一事件，将和华商一起商讨对策。“看一看下一步是采取发公开信、抗议游行还是其他方式表达我们的不满和愤怒。”

西班牙电视五台：真诚道歉 永远不改

这已是西班牙电视五台自2013年4月至今第三次发生类似辱华事件，它们相互之间相隔仅五个月。

第一起：女主播抹黑中餐馆污蔑华人吃人肉

■时间：2013年4月

■事件：2013年4月，西班牙电视五台曾播出一期名为“中餐馆厨房什么样”的节目。该台女记者艾达·尼扎采访了几家当地中餐馆，并通过对节目的剪辑编排了不实报道。

在节目的开始，尼扎随机采访了几个西班牙人，暗示中国人有吃猫肉的习惯。在一家中餐馆，尼扎又问餐厅负责人：“我听说，你们中国人都很脏啊？”在得到否定的答案后，她又问：“是不是中国人死了以后，他们的遗体就会肢解了，然后运到厨房里来做菜用？”

■反应：节目播出后引起华人北京治疗白癜风最好的医院强烈反感，中国驻西班牙使馆领事部董玉忠参赞向西班牙外交部相关部门提出交涉，避免“辱华”事件再次发生。

■结果：最终尼扎在一个月后被解雇。

第二起：跨年晚会小品丑化华人再“黑”中餐馆

■时间：2013年12月31日

■事件：2013年12月31日当晚，西班牙电视五台播放“平安之夜”跨年晚会，其中小品《两人桌》以中餐馆为故事场景，并安排了一个华人跑堂的角色。

小品中，由西班牙人扮演的华人跑堂，表情古怪、夸张，不仅一惊一乍、阴阳怪气、做如拍打女顾客屁股的轻浮动作，还两次公开用西班牙脏话叫骂“这个中国人是个蠢货”，这被认为是典型的丑化华人形象。

此外，“华人跑堂”在表演中学着中国人外语不好的样子，将猫肉与鸭肉混着说，并夸张地学鸭子叫、猫叫，在客人拒绝猫肉要求猪肉时，用狗肉来打岔，暗讽中餐馆里都是猫肉和狗肉。
