11月18日，长沙望城区联诚国际城小区，装修师傅王红军带着小新来到自己的装修工地。装修工地在11楼，王红军要清点材料，对在客厅玩的小新嘱咐几句后，就走进了厨房。

小新来到没护栏的阳台，盯着楼下附近学校里的学生打篮球。客厅里一名工友正要制止，但小新一脚踩空掉了下去。

今天上午，记者在湖南省儿童医院普外科见到了5岁的傲傲。医生介绍，傲傲被外力所伤，肝脏破裂，右肾也有挫伤。

傲傲母亲曾女士介绍，16日晚上，全家从岳阳汨罗来到长沙侯家塘南枫酒店赴宴，大人们在二楼吃饭，孩子们在楼下白癜风怎么能治好玩耍。饭后，她看到傲傲呕吐，但没重视。

对此，湖南普特律师事务所樊志勤律师表示，如果小孩确实在该酒店被夹，且酒店企图通过隐瞒事情真相来逃避法律责任，那么酒店方应负主要责任，同时孩子的父母作为监护人也应当承担一定的责任。
