在母亲节前夕，浙江的一位母亲艾丽(化名)向国家食品药品监督管理总局提起了行政复议，此前她向广东食药监局申请公开“问题儿童鱼肝油”的调查结果，但未得到所需信息。

第三，相关部门3月19日开展市场销售儿童相关食品专项检查的情况。

“我查询了相关规定，质检部门负责食品召回的监督工作，但是通过广东省食药监部门站，发现是食药监部门在负责这项工作，因此我决定两个部门同时申请。”艾丽说。

4月16日，她分别收到了上述两个部门的回复。

广东省质监局回复称，食品召回监督职能已经移交给食品药品监督管理部门。而广东食药监北京治疗白癜风局则在答复中称，：“广东亿超生物科技有限公司的召回方案已向汕头市食药监局提交，请向汕头市食药监局提出申请。”关于抽查和专项检查的结果的相关信息，“我局将待相关工作完成后依法公开，请留意我局公众。”

艾丽查阅了《广东省食品安全条例》第四十条规定：食品生产者自确认食品属于应当召回的不安全食品或者接到责令召回通知书之日起应当按要求向省人民政府有关食品安全监督管理部门提交食品召回计划，根据召回进度情况，提交食品召回阶段性进展报告。

“依照这一规定，广东省食药监局应当是有亿超生物公司提交的召回计划。现在又让我向汕头市食药监局再申请，不是很奇怪吗?”艾丽问。
