“和”为精魂的养生文化

“养生”一词最早见于《庄子》。养生的内涵是延长生命的时限和提高生活的质量。中医养生文化以达“和”为精魂，即茫茫宇宙，浑然一体，你中有我，我中有你，斗则俱损，和则两利。故人类与自然应“和”，人类本身应“和”，每个人的身心也应“和”。
