上海金山商标兴企建设品牌强区

【中国经济新闻联播 记者李治国】上海金山工商部门日前走访了位于金山廊下的上海亚太国际蔬菜有限公司，深入了解该企业田妞商标的使用情况，从商标战略运作等角度为企业提出建议，现场帮助企业解决品牌发展中遇到的困难和障碍。

近日，工商金山分局启动推进品牌建设跟踪服务企业活动，作为推动企业做强品牌的重要手段。他们挑选中科白癜风微信账号120户企业作为跟踪服务对象，通过举办培训班和上门服务等方式，讲解商标法律法规以及相关商标的认定标准和程序等知识，引导企业走商标兴企之路。该局先后与上海世怡水果专业合作社、上海丁义兴食品有限公司、上海金珠农副实业有限公司等区内规模企业负责人进行了座谈。截至目前，我区共拥有注册商标15145件，其中驰名商标3件、上海市著名商标31件，彻底改写了我区无驰名商标、著名商标的历史。

随着金山区商标战略实施的全面展开，关注品牌影响，树立商标意识的良好氛围在我区形成，鼓励企业争创驰名中科白癜风微信账号商标、争获上海市著名商标的内容亦列入各级政府考核标准。看到今天金山区商标战略实施的有效推进，金山分局局长金关明说：近几年，我们努力做好商标战略实施的服务员工作，坚持扩大注册商标总量与打造知名品牌并重，农产品商标培育与国际商标注册共进的原则，全力助推区域经济走品牌驱动之路，进而促进了全社会品牌意识的提升，有效扩大了地方农产品的影响，拉动了经济发展，并由此形成良性循环。

为使辖区企业真正认识商标的作用，看到价值效益社会中商标的含金量，近年来，金山分局通过报刊、电视、政府站、宣传资料、LED电子屏、户外广告、宣讲会等方式，大力宣传商标知识，增中科白癜风微信账号强企业及其经营者的品牌意识，适时发放商标注册建议书、注册商标策略提示书等文书，指导企业申请注册商标。5年来，共有7862家企业向该局咨询了商标注册申请事宜，全区注册商标从2007年底的3942件增至如今的15145件，年均增幅达57%。2008年3月，金山分局成功培育了金山区首件驰名商标上海金枫酿酒有限公司的石库门商标。我区的上海市著名商标数量也由2007年底的13件增至目前的31件，拥有了凤凰自行车、红双喜体育用品、石库门黄酒、相宜本草化妆品、幸福床上用品等一批有较高知名度的产品，有效提升了金中科白癜风微信账号山经济的竞争实力。
